Grilled Salmon: Indian Style Recipe

Grilled Salmon: Indian Style Recipe

Serves: 3

Cooking time: 10 minutes


  • 3 Loch Duart salmon fillets
  • Ginger
  • Garlic paste
  • 2tsp Lemon juice
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 2tbsp olive oil


  1. Marinate the salmon fillets with ginger, garlic paste and lemon juice
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients – chilli powder, black pepper and salt
  3. Mix well
  4. Marinate the salmon fillets for 30 minutes in the fridge
  5. Oil and preheat grill to medium-high
  6. Coat the fish fillets with olive oil and grill for about 5 minutes
  7. Turn, brush with olive oil and cook the other side until firm
  8. Serve with rice and dal or a vegetable curry.
